1、service prior sales: To meet the need of customers, we can gratis supply consultation on equipments & technical performance, on rock quality confirmation, production site reconnaissance and production crafts design.
　　2、Sales service: In the light of the request of customers, we can at anytime send technician to the site, supplying instruction on basic construction, equipments installation, machines adjusting and staff training.
　　3、service after sales: Under the condition of normal operation and maintenance, the whole machine are guaranteed for half a year（except for the quick-wear parts & structural parts）.Whenever we' re informed by customer, we'll give timely reply. If need be, the staff working in the service center will soon get to the working site. Since the equipment starts the normal rotation, we'll regularly send company staff for checking the operation condition or get the situation from the telephone contact. Anyhow we'll try our best to finish the tracing service.
